In Kochi you can stay with Jasmin Villa, which is a lovely homestay run by Jasmine Stanley which is one and half kilometers away from Kochi’s center. Jasmin Villa offers beautiful, comfortable accommodations with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you can feel at home and simultaneously experience the local culture firsthand. At Jasmin villa, you will find four well-furnished and spacious bath attached rooms (a/c and Non a/c) with hot water facility. Dinner will be provided at extra cost.
Excellent price/quality ratio. The room and bathroom were clean. I recommend booking the Green Room. We had dinner one evening in the facility choosing the fish option and I must say that everything was well cooked and not spicy. I recommend visiting the Mattancherry palace, from the facility in a tuk-tuk for 100 rupees. Excellent massage recommended by the very kind and helpful owners.

Our room was very clean. It had new bathrooms and a small living room area.

Fabulous homestay the best I ever came to so generous that the couple and their lovely Son and the staff were fantastic. I would surely stay again and look forward to coming next year. We did cooking class with Jasmin incredible chef absolutely I had no idea how wonderful the food taste so generous and lovely people so do come and enjoy your stay at the wonderful Jasmin Villa when nothing is too much trouble.

Jasmin and Stanley were great hosts. We felt very comfortable. Stanley's travel advice was quite helpful. Both the breakfast as well as the dinner were very good due to Jasmine's great cooking.
The room was superbly clean with a great western style bathroom with a very good shower. We immediately felt quite comfy in the room.
The neighbourhood is also calm and nice, with fort kochi in close distance.
Overall, this was one of the best (if not the best) accommodations we had during our 4 weeks in india. I can honestly recommend it to everyone!

Stanley and Jasmin were incredible host for their cooking class today. I was the only attendee today which made the experience all the more special. I was able to learn much about Kerala cuisine and we prepared at least 5 absolutely delicious seafood dishes. There were the best meals I’ve had on my visit to India. Stanley was kind enough to show me the home stay and I will strongly recommend anyone visiting Kochi to stay here . Meals are provided as well and the rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable.
We spent three nights at the Jasmin Villa. The room was newly renovated with a big nice shower. The bed was new and very comfy. The hostess Jasmin offered lunch when we arrived which was fantastic, she had a very interesting cooking lecture with us. Overall the breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. She also was super cautious regarding my allergy to shell fish. The host Stanley was incredibly helpful he organized within a super short notice an incredible day tour to munnar with a private driver and a local guide. The guide took us on a 3 hours trekking through the tea plantation, mountain and little jungle. We where so lucky to see elephants!!!
Overall, Stanley and Jasmin were super good hosts. They gave us good recommendations on restaurants, things to visit and where to shop (without getting tourist prices). Totally recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Jasmin Villa Homestay is a great base for exploring Cochin. Jasmin and her husband Stanley are experts in their field and can give you lots of amazing tips and advice about travelling through Kerala!
Jasmin is an amazing cook and made us fresh local Keralan breakfast each morning. We also did a cooking demonstration with Jasmin which was very insightful.

Top in every way. You can go there with your eyes closed. In addition to being wonderful hosts, Stanley and Jasmine will also be able to advise you on outings and arrange tailor-made excursions for you.
A quality homestay in Fort Kochi run by a charming couple Stanley and Jasmine who will go out of their way to be of service to you. And give you the necessary advice for your stay. Stanley has an agency and he can organize excursions for you, including a day in a canoe that we did, which was excellent. He works with a great taxi driver Shaji, who drives very well and safely, and who you can count on. We keep very good memories of it

My family really enjoyed the stay, it was really a home to home feeling, all the meals we had was amazing, service was really really good,
we were like friends and we connected with certain topics, we had great conversation.

We stayed as a family in Jasmine Villa last year during our trip to India. We are from Ireland, and we know them for a very long time, and we have stayed there quite often. Jasmine and Stanley are very friendly, and their hospitality is commendable. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is excellent. Jasmine's cooking is fantastic, and food lovers, you should really taste her food. It will be a feast to your taste buds. Their villa is in a quiet and ambient atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book for a place to stay in Cochin, India. 100% sure you will not regret your choice. Jasmin Villa is a good and tranquil location. The villa has everything you need to stay and to rest for good price. Home made food is excellent. The owners Stanley and Jasmine was friendly, courteous & extremely hospitable, who made our stay comfortable. Also the garden, the swing in particular is very relaxing - must try❣️
We stayed at Jasmine Villa for 2 days. The host Mr. Stanley and his wife Jasmine are so warm,lovely and caring. Mrs Jasmine prepared delicious food. She prepared tasty sea food for us.
The prices are very reasonable. The room is very large. Tha bathroom is very clean and hygienic with modern facilities.
